During your stay, you'll have a view of the mountains from the balcony, free parking, access to the building’s hot tub, and full bathroom and kitchen amenities.

This 2 bedroom home is a fantastic place for a family or group of friends to spend their Whistler holiday! The fantastic location of Marketplace Lodge allows you to be a stone's throw away from anything you may need or want to visit, yet you'll find peace and tranquility when inside your home.
No need to eat out every meal - cook your own gourmet meal in our fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are included during your stay. An AC unit is provided in the summer for the master bedroom, and there will be a fan for the living room area.
You will also have access to the building's hot tub, the perfect place to relax after an epic day of skiing or mountain biking. After your hot tub, relax on the deck and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.
*Room 1: Master bedroom, queen bed, ensuite bathroom, A/C unit in the summer
*Room 2: Kids/2nd bedroom, 1 set of 2 twin bunk beds (this is a smaller room/den ideal for kids).
*Room 3: Common with pull-out couch, TV with satellite, fan to keep cool in the summer

During your stay, you will have access to our 4 bed condo, balcony with view of Sproatt Mountain, 1 free parking space, and building hot tub. Included in the unit are towels and linen for your stay, hair dryer, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, and unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate after those cold ski days or cool summer nights.
If you have more than one car, we recommend parking the second car in Day Lot 4 or 5 across the street for $5/day in the winter and free in the summer.
You couldn't pick a better spot to stay while visiting Whistler than Whistler's Marketplace. Everything is within walking distance. You'll be right next to the grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, coffee shops, Valley Trail and bus stops. This condo is also right outside Whistler Olympic Plaza, where you can view free concerts in the summer!
In the winter, the base of the mountain is a 10 minute walk down the beautiful village stroll where you can pick up your rental gear. In the summer, bike trails to local lakes and viewpoints are on your doorstep. If you're looking to visit other parts of town, the bus stop is right outside the complex. There is a free shuttle in the winter, and in the summer you can hop on your bike to connect to Whistler's Valley Trail which will take you to local lakes and parks. Unless you're going to Creekside or local neighbourhoods, you probably won't need to drive or take a taxi at all!

*Longer stays are very welcome! Our home is perfect if you would like to spend 2-4 weeks with us. Weekly/monthly discounts available!
*For stays of 2 weeks +, we offer weekly cleans for $50/clean (subject to change based on occupancy) to change the linens and towels, and perform a surface clean of the apartment. We will let you know in advance what day/time our cleaner will stop by. Please note this service is mandatory - thank you!
*Unfortunately we cannot accept pets in this condo.
*Absolutely no partying or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated! Our neighbours are very kind and quiet people, and will alert us immediately if there are any disturbances.
*Minimum 25 years old for person booking the property.
*An e-signed ZenAway Renter Agreement will be required to confirm all bookings, which will be sent via email.

Originally from Montreal Canada, I have always loved travelling and seeking new experiences. As a fresh McGill Engineering graduate, I packed my bags in 2009 and moved to Whistler for the summer. That summer extended to winter, which turned into another summer and before I knew it, I was hooked. After a brief career in sales, I knew my passion lay in sharing Whistler's beauty and countless outdoor activities with visitors around the globe. Today, I offer through my company, ZenAway Vacation Rentals, unique experiences for local and global guests to British Columbia. In my personal time, I love to travel, practice yoga, and experience food and wine. I like to go against the norm, and encourage others to be their best selves. When I'm not spending time with my darling baby girl and husband, I’m usually skiing, camping, biking or hiking. My passion for travel translates into my love for hosting those who are visiting our beautiful home, Whistler. It gives me incredible pleasure to elevate the Whistler experience for fellow travel junkies by offering up incredible vacation rentals and insider local tips!

-If lost, replacement fob is $125
-Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am. Our neighbours will immediately notify us of excessive noise. Noise complaint fine is $250.
-Check-out time is 11am, and this includes removing any vehicle from the parking spot and returning the fob to the lockbox. Late check-out fee is $50.
-For forgotten items, we may be able to offer to ship them back for a fee, depending on your location and the size and weight of the items. We do not guarantee that we can offer this and are not responsible for lost items.
